These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pkr11 ("pkr11", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkr11.app ("the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr11 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkr11 Platform and, if you have an existing account, contact our support team to request closure of that account. Continued use of the Platform following any notification of amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on pkr11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold a pkr11 account.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to hold pkr11 accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the pkr11 Platform or any connected gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pkr11 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. pkr11 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a User providing false or misleading information at the time of registration.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pkr11 account at any time. The registration or maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr11 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any open bets or pending transactions, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr11 support immediately via the live chat or contact channels set out in Clause 15 of these Terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pkr11 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed. pkr11 reserves the right to restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkr11 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. pkr11 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Users where practicable.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account, and are displayed within the pkr11 account dashboard at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your pkr11 account within minutes of transaction confirmation. pkr11 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which pkr11 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 3.3. pkr11 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the account dashboard. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where they are subject to bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled, or where additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: as displayed in your account dashboard at time of request.
• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts verified in the same name as the pkr11 account holder.
• pkr11 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Funds that have been used to complete a wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal subject to any remaining account restrictions.

pkr11 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Specific wagering multiples are disclosed per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages, which are disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Any indication of bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• pkr11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering requirements in progress will remain subject to their original terms unless pkr11 notifies you otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address. Duplicate claims will be voided.

All casino games available on the pkr11 Platform — including slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and all other titles — are operated using certified random number generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time physical dealing processes conducted by trained croupiers. pkr11 sources its games exclusively from internationally audited gaming software providers.

Published Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for all games are available in the relevant game information panels. pkr11 does not modify or interfere with the RNG outcomes of any game. Results are final once confirmed by the game server and no claims of technical error will be considered unless supported by server-side logs reviewed by pkr11's technical team.

pkr11's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20, One-Day Internationals and Test matches), and a range of other sports and markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the pkr11 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. pkr11 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and will notify affected Users in such cases.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed for the relevant sport at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to brief acceptance delays to account for live data latency. pkr11 does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• pkr11 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or the use of automated betting systems.
• PSL and cricket markets are governed by the official match results as published by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC as applicable). Third-party data feeds are used for live score updates and are not the basis for official settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr11 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering as an underage player or facilitating access by any person under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pkr11.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are void.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misappropriate any part of the pkr11 Platform or its underlying software.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Placing bets in coordination with other parties to guarantee profits regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).

pkr11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have built a comprehensive set of player protection tools directly into the Platform to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkr11 account holders at no charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your pkr11 account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your net gaming activity during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkr11 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen exclusion period and take effect immediately upon request.

All content on the pkr11 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr11 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr11 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr11 Platform solely for your own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property and does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkr11 content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party service disruptions.

pkr11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkr11 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkr11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pkr11's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

pkr11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious activity is detected that suggests fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• A User's account is subject to a self-exclusion request.
• A charge-back or payment reversal is initiated by the User or their payment provider.
• pkr11 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, pkr11 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

You may request voluntary closure of your pkr11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be disbursed following final KYC review.

pkr11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, pkr11 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account, or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is always displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the pkr11 Platform and notify us that you wish to close your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr11 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pkr11, you agree to first contact pkr11 through the support channels set out in Clause 15 and allow pkr11 a reasonable period to attempt resolution of the dispute informally before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by pkr11 at the time the dispute is formally raised. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
